Meditation has always been a huge part of my practice. It helps me to relax, ground and listen to what’s inside and the world around me. It helps me to engage with my life in a more intentional and connected way from the moment that I start my day. I’ve been holding space and facilitating meditation for over 4 years now and I’m excited to offer this space to experience one of my meditations for 30-minutes, with 20-minutes of focused meditation and 10-minutes of reflection time. My intention for this space is that you feel truly heard, seen and held. You are welcome to purchase a meditation for yourself or for a group of up to 4 people.

Once you’ve completed the payment, you’ll be invited to complete a short form to help me understood your intentions for this meditation so that I can customise it to you, or your groups needs. I’ll then send an invite where you can book onto a date that works for you. Please note that if you’d like to experience this meditation in-person instead of on Zoom, you’ll be required to contribute any travel expenses that may arise.

With a BA in English Language and Linguistics and the author of a book of poetry, Emma has 4+ years of experience in entrepreneurship, facilitating meditation and holding space for others. With over 10+ years in leadership roles and working in different business environments, travelling and living across the world, Emma has found stability and peace through periods of in-stability, uncertainty and change. In her personal life, as an avid journaler, and her exposure to therapy and coaching from the age of 14, Emma has gained unique experiences and perspectives that allows her to approach others with presence and compassion, supporting them through the discomfort and growth that inevitably occurs during times of transition.
