The Uncomfortably, Beautifully Human Online Reading Hour/Book Club is a monthly get-together not only lovers of books, but those of us who want to talk about them too. Talk about the deep hidden meanings, the unique perspectives and life lessons we receive, the wisdom weaved through words and the emotions we felt along the way. This is for those of you where reading is not only a hobby, but a way to connect more intimately with life. A method of bringing more emotion, depth and joy to our human experience. This is a book club for those of you who want to share in the uncomfortable, beautiful experience that is being human.
Creating a safe space:
We welcome all expressions of the human experience, meaning however you view and identify yourself, or if you don't at all, you're very welcome here. What we do ask is that you follow and keep to the protocols and agreements that we share with everyone who joins us. Once you register for free on this event page, you'll be sent and email and asked to read through and sign this agreement prior to being admitted into the monthly get-together. This is not a legally binding document, but instead an acknowledgement and commitment to show-up in this book club with integrity, compassion and respect for one another.
